08:00: Nations, Technicians, and Coaches Meeting
09:30: Opening Ceremony with one athlete per nation in shuaijiao uniform carrying a sign
with the nation's name
10:00 :Start of competitions for 16-17 M/F, 18-38 M
12:30: Break (lunch at hotel) 
14:30: Continuation of competitions for 16-17 M/F, 18-38 M 
18:00 Awards Ceremony for 16-17 M/F and 18-38 M 

SUNDAY 11 OCTOBER
09:00: Start of Competition: Master 39-59 M, 18-59 F
12:30-14:30: Break (lunch at hotel)
17:00: Awards Ceremony for 39-59 M, 18-59 F
17:30 (approx.): Ranking and awards for participating Nations and event closure
